Over a span of 38 years, Tony owned and developed a total of six restaurants.  The first, Cosmo’s Café was opened in January 1975 and was located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.  Ten months later, on October 15th, he made history for having the first and only building to ever explode on the Strip.  In 1980, Bon Appétit magazine published one of his recipes.  When Tony discovered that other restaurants stole it that’s when he decided to protect the recipes and his untold stories with his life...that is until now.
